Booking & Service Area

How do I book a service? +
The easiest way to book is through our online booking system. Simply select the service you’re interested in, provide your vehicle details and choose from the available booking options. If you’re unsure which service is right for your vehicle, contact our team and we’ll guide you.
What areas do you service? +
Autoworld Detailing primarily services the Gold Coast region. If you’re located outside our usual service area, get in touch with us. Depending on the location and service required, we can sometimes make adjustments to suit both our team and the client.
Can you detail my vehicle at my home or workplace? +
Yes. Autoworld is a fully mobile detailing service, allowing us to complete most services at your home or workplace, provided the location has suitable access and enough safe working space around the vehicle.
Can you service vehicles at apartments? +
Yes, provided there is access to water, power and a safe, suitable workspace. Underground car parks can be ideal for many services, but access conditions vary between buildings, so we recommend confirming the location with us before booking.

Mobile Service & Weather

Do I need to provide water and power? +
Yes. For mobile bookings, we require access to a standard water tap and power outlet. We bring the professional detailing equipment, hoses, extension leads, chemicals and machinery required to complete your service.
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking? +
If weather conditions make it unsuitable to safely or professionally complete the service, we’ll work with you to reschedule the booking. If you have a suitable undercover workspace, we may still be able to proceed depending on the service and conditions.
Do ceramic coatings and machine polishing require undercover space? +
A garage or suitable underground workspace is preferred for paint polishing and ceramic coating services because it provides a more controlled working environment. Where necessary, we can generally arrange an undercover working solution, depending on the location and conditions.

Pricing, Deposits & Payments

Why are some services priced “from”? +
Every vehicle is different. Vehicle size, condition and the level of work required can affect the final price. Our advertised starting prices cover vehicles in reasonably expected condition for the selected service.
Can additional charges apply for heavily soiled vehicles? +
Occasionally. Excessive pet hair, heavy sand, severe staining, mould or unusually heavy contamination may require additional labour or specialised treatment. If additional work is required, we’ll assess the vehicle and communicate any additional pricing before proceeding.
Is a deposit required to book? +
Yes. All services require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable, so we recommend confirming your availability before finalising your booking.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept cash and card payments, including Apple Pay. Any remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service.

Services, Results & Aftercare

Which detailing service is right for my vehicle? +
That depends on the vehicle’s condition and what you want to achieve. Our Premium Mini Detail is designed for a complete interior and exterior refresh, while the Signature Pre-Sale Detail is intended for vehicles requiring more extensive preparation and presentation. We also offer dedicated interior detailing, ceramic coating and new car protection services.
How long will the results of my detail last? +
This depends on the service, how the vehicle is stored, how often it is driven and how it is maintained afterward. After completing your service, we can recommend the most suitable maintenance approach for keeping the vehicle looking its best.
Do you offer regular maintenance detailing? +
Yes. We offer regular maintenance options for clients who want their vehicles professionally maintained on an ongoing basis. Depending on your needs, fortnightly and monthly schedules are available.
Are you insured? +
Yes. Autoworld Detailing is fully insured, giving our clients confidence while their vehicles are in our care.
