By booking or using our services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.


General

By booking any service with Auto World Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, service quality, and protection for both the customer and the business.


Services

Auto World Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing services, including but not limited to:

Exterior detailing

Interior detailing

Full detailing packages

Paint enhancement and protection

Maintenance and membership services

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel services depending on vehicle condition, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Service Area

We operate across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
For locations outside our standard service area,
additional fees may apply or service may be declined.


4. Bookings & Payment

Bookings can be made via phone, website, or message.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, card, and other pre-agreed payment methods

where late or unpaid services may incur additional fees or collection costs.


5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will incur a $50 fee.

Refunds: Payments made for cancelled services with sufficient notice (24+ hours) will be fully refunded or credited toward a rescheduled appointment and payments made for late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, except at the discretion of Auto World Detailing.

Rescheduling Due to Weather or Safety: If an appointment is rescheduled due to unsafe weather or conditions, no cancellation fee will apply, and a new appointment will be arranged at the earliest convenience.


6. Mobile Service Requirements

As a mobile detailing service:

Customers must provide access to water and power, where possible.

A safe and suitable work environment must be provided.

If these requirements are not met, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.


7. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before the service begins.

Autoworld Detailing is not responsible for: Existing scratches, dents, or paint defects Worn, fragile, or damaged surfaces Mechanical or electrical faults


8. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver high-quality results:

Some stains, scratches, or imperfections may be permanent

Results vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and materials

No guarantee is made that all defects can be fully removed


9. Personal Belongings

All personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to service.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside.


10. Time Estimates

Service times are approximate and may vary depending on:

Vehicle size, Vehicle condition or Type of service


11. Liability & Insurance

Auto World Detailing holds up to $5,000,000 public liability insurance.

We take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle.

However, we are not liable for: Pre-existing damage Issues beyond our control (weather, mechanical failures, etc.) Indirect, consequential, or financial loss


12. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

Notify us immediately upon completion

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue on-site

Requests for adjustments after leaving the site may not be eligible


13. Weather Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

We prioritise quality and safety over completing a job in poor conditions.


14. Multi-Vehicle & Fleet Services

We offer detailing for multiple vehicles, including business fleets and family vehicles.
Quotes and terms may vary depending on
scope, frequency, and vehicle type.


15. Promotions & Discounts

Special offers, promotions, or discounts are subject to terms and conditions of each offer.

Offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.


16. Photos & Social Media Consent

By booking a service, you consent to Auto World Detailing taking photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes, including social media, website, or promotional material and If you do not consent, please inform us before the service begins.


17. Payment Default

In the event of payment failure or declined transactions, Auto World Detailing reserves the right to: Suspend or cancel services until payment is received Charge additional fees for collection or processing


18. Force Majeure

Auto World Detailing is not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: Extreme weather conditions Natural disasters Government restrictions Emergencies or equipment failure


19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first attempt to be resolved amicably through direct communication.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or relevant courts in Queensland.


20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.


21. Changes to Terms

Auto World Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
